<p>The Yamaha F70B Long Shaft (L) is a lightweight and fuel-efficient 70HP four-stroke outboard engine designed for fishing boats, recreational vessels, and professional marine applications requiring enhanced stability and deeper propeller positioning. Powered by a 16-Valve SOHC in-line 4-cylinder engine with a displacement of 996 cm³, it delivers smooth acceleration, powerful torque, and reliable marine performance. The engine produces a maximum output of 51.5 kW (70 HP) at 5800 RPM and features an advanced Fuel Injection system for improved fuel efficiency and responsive throttle control.</p><p>The Long Shaft (L) configuration features a transom height of 534 mm (21.0”), making it ideal for medium and large boats operating in offshore and rough water conditions. The engine comes equipped with an electric starting system, remote control operation, and a Power Trim & Tilt system for enhanced maneuverability and smoother handling.
